Currently, I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans.  If you choose to use your insurance to receive reimbursement, this means you will pay for sessions out-of-pocket and submit the statement to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Please contact your insurance provider to learn the details of your mental health coverage including:

  • What are my out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services?
  • What is my deductible?  How much of my deductible remains?
  • How do I submit my claim forms and statements for reimbursement?
  • Does my plan cover phone sessions and/or online sessions?  If so, what is the coverage?
  • How long will it take me to receive reimbursement?
  • What is the out-of-pocket maximum for out-of-network services?  Does it apply to behavioral health?
