Currently, I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Medicare and Medicaid are also not accepted and claims cannot be submitted for reimbursement.
If you choose to use your commercial insurance to receive reimbursement, this means you will pay for sessions out-of-pocket and submit the statement to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to learn the details of your mental health coverage including:
- What are my out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services?
- What is my deductible? How much of my deductible remains?
- How do I submit my claim forms and statements for reimbursement?
- Does my plan cover phone sessions and/or online sessions? If so, what is the coverage?
- How long will it take me to receive reimbursement?
- What is the out-of-pocket maximum for out-of-network services? Does it apply to behavioral health?
